Carpet Cleaning PROCESS
Step 1
Pre-Inspection:
First, a Toro Clean technician will pre-inspect the area discussing with you any concerns and the expectations of the carpets to be cleaned.
Step 2
Pre-Vacuum:
Second, the carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed, to remove any dry soil and debris from the carpet. This is a very important step in this process.
Step 3
Pre Spray:
Third, we will apply a non-harmful pre-conditioning agent to the carpets that break down the soil that is in the carpet, paying special attention to those traffic areas.
Step 4
Pre Spot:
Fourth, for those difficult stains, we apply special solutions that increase the chances of removal.
Step 5
Pre-Groom (Agitation):
Fifth, we pre-agitate the carpets with one of our many different methods. This process helps further loosen the soils that are embedded in the fibers of the carpet.
Step 6
Soil Extraction and Rinse:
Sixth, the soils are then rinsed from the carpets with our powerful extraction cleaning system without leaving any sticky residue or over-wetting the carpets.
Step 7
Neutralizer:
Seventh, the carpets are neutralized to balance the pH levels, leaving the carpets soft and fresh.
Step 8
Application of Deodorizer:
Eighth, we apply a special deodorizer designed for fabrics and carpets that will leave your carpets smelling super fresh.
Step 9
Speed Dry:
Ninth, to reduce dry times we use specially designed high-velocity air movers to help increase airflow and speed up dry times.
Step 10
Post Groom and Protector application:
Tenth, we post groom with a specific type of brush that lifts the fibers to help the dry times, and if requested this is the time that a Toro Clean technician would apply our very popular carpet protector that would leave your carpets looking better longer.
Step 11
Post Inspection:
Lastly, one of our technicians will do a walk-through with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure you are completely satisfied with the results.
