CARPET CLEANING

1. Pre-Inspection 

Our Technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect your carpet. He will point out any potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.

2. Pre-Spray

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

3. Pre-Spot

Challenging spots are pre-treated with special solutions to specifically increase the chances of spot removal.

4. Deodorizing/ Sanitizing Agent (optional)

In certain cases we may recommend that an antimicrobial deodorizer/sanitizer be applied to the carpet. This will eliminate pet odors as well as any other odors caused by bacteria leaving your carpet fresh and clean.

5. Grooming/Agitation 

A professional rotary brush or carpet groomer is used to further break down the soil.

6. Soil Extraction and Rinse

Your carpet is then efficiently rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting your carpet or leaving any residue behind.  

7. Post Spot

Any spots or stains that are still remaining will get the extra treatment that is needed. we have many specialty spotting solutions for different types of stains. *For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet.

8. Apply Carpet Protection (optional)

If your carpet and upholstery is in good shape we may recommend that a protector be applied. This will help keep your carpet cleaner longer by increasing vacuuming efficiency when you clean and prevent any new spots or stains from ruining your investment, and prolong the life of your carpet/upholstery.

9. Post Cleaning Inspection 

Lastly our technician will walk with you trough your home to go over the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the job.
