We will determine the fabric type so the proper upholstery cleaning solution and techniques are used. We will also identify any permanent stains and listen to any concerns you may have.
2. Area Preparation
To protect your surrounding furnishings, we will prepare the area where the upholstery will be cleaned.
Your upholstery will be vacuumed thoroughly before cleaning. This will help remove dry soils and loose particles from the cracks and crevices.
For a more thorough cleaning, a preconditioning agent is applied to your upholstery to emulsify and break down soil and spots.
To increase chances of removal, difficult spots are pre treated with special solutions.
A professional brush is used to further loosen the soil.
7. Soil Extraction and Rinse
The soil is then extracted from the fabric with a gentle controlled rinse that is pH balanced to maintain its soft fresh feel and not leave any sticky residue
Any spots or stains that are still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.
9. Post Groom
So that the fibers dry fast, your upholstery is groomed with a brush.
10. Post Cleaning Inspection
We will spend time with you to review the cleaning results and insure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.
